Steve Schwartz has been practicing since 1987 and regularly handles all types of litigation with a concentration on economic loss claims, including business disputes, professional liability claims, employment litigation, intellectual property disputes, class actions and insurance coverage matters.

With extensive experience in all types of intellectual property disputes, Mr. Schwartz handles patents, trademark, copyrights, and unfair competition disputes. He has also handled several technology and computer-related disputes, including claims of software counterfeiting and software contract disputes.

Mr. Schwartz also has substantial experience representing clients in complicated insurance coverage matters. He also previously served as an attorney for the U.S. International Trade Commission, Office of Unfair Import Investigations.
