John A. Michener

Mr. Michener spent more than forty years as a civil trial lawyer in St. Louis and surrounding counties before retiring as a partner from Evans & Dixon.    He was involved in many trials and appeals in state and federal courts.    His practice included premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, automobile and trucking cases, construction defects, defamation, business interference, breach of contract, insurance issues, assaults, employment matters, dram shop, false arrest, and criminal attack cases.    He has lectured and written for various legal organizations, including the Missouri Bar.   He received the Lon Hocker Memorial Trial Lawyer Award, and was recognized by Super Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America.
