Robert J. Danis

Accomplishments

Since 1986, Robert Danis has been practicing law primarily in the area of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in both Missouri and Illinois.  His practice has focused primarily on the defense of automobile personal injury, commercial general liability, premises liability, wrongful death and defective product litigation.  In addition, he is currently serving as a Volunteer Mediator at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, giving him valuable experience in general employment issues, ADA compliance, ADEA claims and general claims of discriminatory practices under the Missouri Human Rights Act.  During the course of his practice, Bob has participated in numerous mediations as an advocate on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.  He also brings to the table a significant background in claims handling procedures and corporate office first-line management, making him uniquely familiar with the issues and pressures that all sides bring to mediations.  Bob is a Court-Approved Neutral in the following jurisdictions: United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Madison County, Illinois Circuit Court, City of St. Louis, Missouri Circuit Court, St. Louis County, Missouri Circuit Court, St. Charles County, Missouri Circuit Court
