USA&M's Flat Fee Mediation Program
USA&M is pleased to announce our expanded flat fee mediation program tailor-made for civil cases with a monetary demand of $75,000 or less.
Featuring:
1. A flat rate for a two-hour mediation of $500 per party. No additional charge for up to 15 minutes of mediator’s time to review pre-mediation position papers up to 3 pages.
2. Cases requiring more than two hours are billed at a rate of $250.00 per hour per party after two hours.
3. Mediation held in our new state of the art conference facility or virtual via Zoom.
