For the first 7 years after law school, Mr. Kelly’s practice focused on personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and toxic tort cases.  In 1996, Mr. Kelly expanded his litigation practice into the areas of employment law and business litigation.  After his caseload of commercial litigation matters started expanding into intellectual property areas, Mr. Kelly became a registered patent attorney in 2004.  Mr. Kelly now concentrates his practice in the areas of patent prosecution and infringement, trademark prosecution and infringement, I.P. due diligence, trade secret litigation, non-compete agreements and business disputes.  He has been the lead counsel on cases across the United States.
